1. Is my order confirmed?
You will receive an email and an SMS on order confirmation. Please contact our helpdesk (info@colorthemoments.com) if you are unsure.
2. When will you ship my order?
We normally ship all our orders within 2 business days. Final delivery time will vary based on location.
3. When will my order get delivered?
Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the ordered items. Most delivery takes 5 to 10 days.
4. How can I track my order?
An email is sent to you after your order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider.
5. How do I place Bulk Orders?

6. I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
Please do not worry. In the even that you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us on info@colorthemoments.com
7. My tracking link shows 'delivered' but I have not received the package. What do I do ?

If you live in a gated community / apartment complex, please check at your gate or with your security as due to restrictions, the courier partners often leave the parcels there.

In case you haven’t received your order, Please drop us a mail at info@colorthemoments.com within 24 hrs of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. We shall check with the courier service.

Please note : We would not be able to investigate with the courier service if it is informed to us after 24 hrs.
8. How can I cancel my order ?

Please mail us at info@colorthemoments.com for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been processed by our shipping partner i.e. until the status of your order remains unfulfilled. Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it.
9. Are the coffee mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, they are completely safe to microwave or for usage in dishwasher. However, multiple usage could lighten the print.
